a. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
A technical error on our end prevented delivery of the service.
A service was accidentally billed or purchased twice.
The project has not yet begun and a written cancellation request is submitted.
b. Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after work has started.
Subjective dissatisfaction without prior feedback or revision requests.
Failure to review service details or clarify scope before booking.
2. Refund Request Process
a. To request a refund, contact us at connect@rutgerv.com within 7 days of purchase or deposit, providing details about the issue.
b. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for clarification, context, or agreement history to assess the request.
c. If the service involves project-based work (setup, strategy, ongoing support), partial refunds may be considered depending on how much work has already been completed.
3. Refund Method
a. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
b. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Services already delivered or substantially completed
Strategy calls or one-time consultations that have occurred
Retainer work or ongoing support billed monthly (after the billing cycle has started)
5. Service Termination Upon Refund
If a refund is issued for a project or service, any associated rights, documents, or access to delivered materials (e.g. Notion dashboards, community assets, automation systems) will be revoked, and you must discontinue use.
